Lakeside Community Clubhouse
 The Clubhouse is the focal point of the Lakeside community and every Lakeside resident receives free membership. Swim in the pool or lake; go fishing; sunbathe on the white sand beach; relax in the hot tub. Workout in our newly expanded fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment or utilize our new business center. Take in a movie in your private screening room, complete with theatre-style high back seats with cup holders. Meet new friends at the pool or the clubhouse. Play tennis, volleyball, basketball, billiards, ping pong or foosball. Residents have 24-hour access to our fitness center, business center, and billiard room. Clubhouse - Main Level
| The main level of our 5,687 sq.ft. clubhouse features a 47' x 26' club room with a 14' vaulted ceiling and is equipped with a kitchen, large screen TV, CD stereo, and fireplace. A wall of French doors from the club room lead onto the 70' x 12' wrap-around deck overlooking the sparkling pool and hot tub, Carter's Mountain, and our 12-acre lake. A beautiful new billiard room is the perfect way to entertain friends. We encourage our residents to share the clubhouse with their friends and are happy to make arrangements for our residents to lease the clubhouse for private parties. |
Clubhouse - Lower Level
The lower level of our clubhouse features a business center (with a computer, printer, scanner, fax, and copy machine), an 18-seat theatre room with 110" screen, and fitness room with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. The Men's and Women's lockers are located conveniently between the indoor fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Just beyond the pool is our lake with a 90 ft. pier and lakeside trail.
