Floor Plans/Pricing
Lakeside offers one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. All of our apartments are priced according to floor level, location, and view. We have beautiful views of the mountains and our lake. Every apartment at Lakeside comes with a full sized washer and dryer. Apartments are fully carpeted with the exception of vinyl in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms. Office Hours/Location
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am until 6:00pm. We also offer Saturday hours from 10:00am until 4:00pm. Please come by for a tour of our beautiful community and our sumptuous 2 bedroom, 2 bath model. Lakeside is located south of Charlottesville across from the Monticello National Guard. Our community is located approximately five minutes from the Downtown Historic Mall and approximately ten minutes from the University of Virginia. Please call or click here for directions.
Utilities/Amenities
We pay for water, sewage, and trash. Residents are responsible for cable, phone, and electric (electric heat pumps for heating and air conditioning). Lakeside also offers some wonderful amenities for our residents: a fitness room and billiard room, outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, tennis, basketball, volleyball, fenced dog park, picnic tables with grills and a playground. Additionally, we have a 12 acre lake with a 90 foot pier and a white sand beach. Residents are welcome to use the paddleboat or canoe on the lake. Fishing is permitted. A walking trail completely outlines the lake.
 Application Process
Lakeside is one of the newest luxury communities in the Charlottesville area and very much in demand. During the summer months we work with a priority list, for this reason we encourage you to apply six months in advance. In order to get on our priority list, please submit an application for each individual over the age of 18 along with a $30.00 application fee for each applicant. If the applicants are a married couple, only one $40.00 application fee is required. Please list all occupants on the application, including children under the age of 18. Please return the Criminal Background Check form along with a signed application for each applicant. At your request, we will be glad to send you an application in the mail or via fax. Security Deposit
Lakeside has a $400.00 fully-refundable security deposit. When you are offered an apartment, we require half ($200) as a reservation fee to hold the apartment. The remaining balance is due on your move-in date.
Pet Policy
We will accept pets based upon their weight. Currently we allow up to two pets: One dog under 80 lbs, two dogs with a combined weight not to exceed 50 lbs, or one dog and one cat are allowed per apartment. Note: Dogs over 35 lbs. are only permitted on the first and second floors. Breed restrictions apply.
